Women Only is a dedicated way into BJJ, without exaggerated promises and without expecting you to already be athletic or experienced. You learn positions, movement, control and technical solutions step by step.
Classes are beginner friendly and teach fundamentals systematically.
Dedicated sessions create a focused setting for technique and partner training.
BJJ uses position, leverage, timing and control – skills that develop through practice.
Together with coaches, you decide how quickly to expand live training and additional classes.

Yes. Women Only is explicitly beginner friendly. You need neither previous experience nor a particular fitness level.
The dedicated Women Only sessions are organised as a women's programme. If you want additional classes, ask the team which options fit your membership.
For a first trial, clean sportswear may be sufficient. We will explain beforehand what equipment makes sense for the class you choose.
BJJ relies heavily on position, timing and leverage. Size and strength matter, but they are not the only factors in technical training.
No. Partner and live training are introduced progressively. Tell the coach if you are not yet comfortable with a particular training format.
