MMA TRAINING ZURICH
Mixed Martial Arts combines several combat sports into one complete system. MMA and striking training develops your ability to move effectively on your feet, manage distance and connect striking with grappling. Technique, timing, control and structured progression come first.
You do not need previous experience in MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai or BJJ. The current MMA and striking classes are listed for all levels.
Develop movement, distance management, timing and the controlled use of punches, kicks and combinations.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi provide a strong complement for ground fighting, control and MMA transitions.
As your experience grows, techniques can be applied and connected under controlled resistance.
MMA & STRIKING SCHEDULE
MMA and striking sessions below are loaded directly from the current Zurich schedule. The full timetable also includes combined No-Gi BJJ, MMA and striking sparring, allowing stand-up, grappling and transitions to be trained together.
WHAT YOU TRAIN
MMA combines striking, wrestling, takedowns and grappling. The aim is to connect techniques effectively across different situations rather than learn them in isolation.
Striking focuses on stand-up fighting: movement, distance, combinations, defence and timing.
Kickboxing combines boxing techniques with kicks and provides an important foundation for modern striking.
Muay Thai elements expand the striking game through different kicking, knee and clinch situations.
COACHING
Experienced coaches, clear technical progression and one shared standard on the mat.
